Civil labourer / Yard hand

We are actively recruiting General Labourers for immediate starts across manufacturing, waste management, and civil construction sectors.

We have a variety of assignments available, ranging from short-term contracts to ongoing temporary roles, offering you flexibility and consistent work.

Depending on your experience and availability, you could be working in one of the following dynamic environments:

• Manufacturing: Assisting with material flow, machine operating support, cleaning, forklift operation and general duties in factory settings.
• Waste Management & Yard Hand: Working in transfer stations and processing plants, managing stockpiles, communicating with operators, customer service, cleanliness of the yard, and assisting drivers.
• Civil Construction & Site Support: Performing groundworks, site setup/pack-up, shovelling, raking, and assisting trades on infrastructure projects.

Rates & Scheduling:

• Rates starting from $36.00 per hour (based on site and experience).
• Predominantly Monday to Friday some weekend overtime may be required.
• Both short-term assignments and long-term ongoing positions.
• Outdoor work in active industrial and construction yards.

Requirements

• Must be physically fit and capable of safely lifting 25kg+ and performing sustained manual labour.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
• Must have a White Card: Current Safework general construction induction card.
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence and reliable transport (essential for most locations).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to site safety.
• Forklift Licence: is desirable but not mandatory for some roles—may open up more opportunities.
